Overall the design process was really easy! Only thing that would've made it better were if I could zoom in to parts of the shirt to make sure things lined up correctly and if you could easily center text on the pockets of pocket t-shirts.

The website design tool is slow.....and the password reset option, never sent me a password and then locked me out. I created a new account to place my order.

The costs went up significantly from the base price listed on the initial screen -- somehow what looked like would be a $17-$20 no minimum order hoodie turned into $38-50! Bummed that this was so misrepresented. Seems like dishonesty to me. I did like that I could get multiple colors of a shirt design for basically the same price.

It took me a while to figure out how to re-order the same design. Your minimum quantity has gone up and the item price is up by 13%.

I wanted more choices for the NO MINIMUM - Only 11 items; the actual item I wanted wasn't part of the NO MINIMUM ... hopefully next time I'll have more options and a bigger selection.

The last 2 printed orders are terrible. I have from you return lable INV1000000149, CAD113110056/WSXI3500, but we started few weeks ago Christmas lights installation service and I can't to return your bad printed pullovers and t-shirts, because we should to wear red color clothes for our Christmas lights services by the customers.

The design and ordering process was very easy. I'll use them again.

Wish there were more and clearer toddler t-shirt options (with a no minimum order). Had to go to another site to order 2 T5/6 shirts with the same design :-(

I had some troubles and confusion with the checkout and account process. It reverted my order to what looked like no printing. I got out of everything and redid it and was successful ( hopefully ).

The online editor is one of the best I've found online, especially with the feature to remove the background color. Additionally, the availability combined with levels of shipping made this a great experience.

I got my Order # 1000000149 ( Hanes Comfortblend Ecosmart Pullover Hoodie Color Athletic Red Size M, L , XL). But I'm very unhappy, because the quality of the print is terrible. I'll send you the pictures of the printed pullovers by email. And again, I ordered now T-Shirts and why I can't to get 10% off wit a code BIGCART10, I can't understand .

The website works very bad. I saved few different my T-shirts designs, but I can’t to add them to my first order. I don’t see them on my order. Isn’t first time. One day before it was the same problem and today I need continue from the beginning. And again the problem… probably I will hiring another company.
