The color of the water drop was completely wrong. The logo was crooked. I called (twice) and sent an email as requested with pictures and the original proof. The logo was not the color of the proof.
I have not heard back from Big City.
I spent more than $2,000 on the T-shirts, I would have expected a faster response time.
I am worried that Big City is not going to respond or correct the issue.

I was told there would be a proof once I put my order in. I am buying $5000 worth of merch and there is NO communication at all about being able to see and approve a proof before this goes to print, which is very very stressful. I proof step should be built in to the order process.
