I had everything in my cart. There were a couple of times I was editing my cart and the website just stopped, this last time, it deleted everything and I had to start again.

Vey user friendly site.

I really liked being able to place my artwork exactly on the shirt. I could move it around and change the size. My customer is extremely picky. I looked at at least 15 sites before I chose yours.

Customer service was so helpful in getting my order a little earlier than expected. So thankful for the extra effort and the hoodie is soft and has a slim fit. Washes well! Won't be disappointed!!

It's too difficult to switch between products and add them to your shopping cart. I ordered t-shirts and hoodies and found it difficult to navigate. Also, it would be helpful to upload the custom art just once and save it to my account instead of just being able to save the design. I will say I spoke with your staff on a previous order and found them to be extremely nice.

Your business model is VERY shady and designed with one end point in mind: to rip off the customer. Customer finds your website, the only price they see before beginning is the price of a plain tank top which was $6.76. Then customer invests a lot of time into carefully designing his/her shirt. At which point you hit them with the outrageous price of $40 per tank top knowing full well they’re not backing out at that point. And if that’s not bad enough, you require a minimum number of items. So not only is the customer ripped off once—you ensure they are ripped off at a minimum of 3 times. The quality of the tank top and quality of printing better be worth $40 per item.

It was pretty easy to design what I wanted! Didn't have any trouble trying to navigate this site
