Site is so cumbersome and seems to not work properly, particularly around saving carts

The site is super glitchy from most of the experiences I've had in the past, but the order is usually mailed promptly and the quality is great so I've stuck with you.

This is our third year using Big City Sportswear for our holiday employee celebration, and we are always very pleased with the outcome.

Chat experience is not great, slow response...still waiting actually. I also called the 800 number and heard a busy signal. I want to be sure I did the logo upload and position properly. Also, new customer with decent size order and wanted to use the promo you sent to me for 5% off but could not. :-(

I love the company, but the website is very clunky and resets all the time, making large orders very challenging to make.

The website kept freezing during the checkout process...so I had to re-enter my information 5 separate times....

You don't answer your phones, email, or live chat on the website. I had some questions and its 24 hours later and still no response from any of them. The likely hood of us purchasing again would be based off of how this single shirt transaction goes.

Your system to design my own shirt was quick and easy to use. The only problem I encountered was at checkout, where your system seemed to malfunction when I hit the “Place Order” icon. It seemed the order didn’t go through ( there was no order confirmation in email), so I placed the order again. I only want one shirt… hope I don’t get billed for two

The logo on the front right chest seems low. I somehow wish that I caught this and the design was raised about two inches. Overall not horrible for my first attempt. The screen print design feels a bit rough.
