We’re currently working to automate the embroidery process in our design tool, but for now, you will need to contact us after you insert and save your design.

Here are the steps:

Step 1:

Select your product and insert your custom design on the front or back of the product. PLEASE NOTE: There is a 6 piece minimum on embroidery orders.

Step 2:

Save your design. If you do not have an account, you will need to create one by selecting “Your Account” at the top of our website.

Step 3:

Contact Us at 1-877-332-2945 or [email protected]. We will review your design, discuss proper placement of the design, and give you an accurate price. We will send you a final proof of your embroidered design for your approval prior to production.

Step 4:

Your design is handed over to our embroidery team for immediate production of your masterpiece.

Step 5:

We carefully pack and ship your order, with tracking service, to your front door.

What is the typical turnaround time for embroidered items?

We pride ourselves on having the fastest turnaround time in the industry. Once your artwork is approved, you should have your items in your hand in 7-10 business days via standard delivery service (UPS, FedEx, USPS). What type of thread material is typically used in the embroidery process?

Typical threads used are: rayon & polyester. If you have any special needs, please contact us at [email protected].

What is your largest design size for embroidery?

Typically, embroidered designs need to be less than four to five inches wide. However, if you have any special needs, please contact us at [email protected].

How long does an embroidered design last?
