I had a bit of trouble navigating back and forth to make design changes, but I got it worked out.

I love the variety of colors to choose from, the ease to upload our shirt designs, the helpfulness of the layout of the designs to the shirts, and the easy way to pay.

I love the company, but the website is very clunky and resets all the time, making large orders very challenging to make.

The website kept freezing during the checkout process...so I had to re-enter my information 5 separate times....

You don't answer your phones, email, or live chat on the website. I had some questions and its 24 hours later and still no response from any of them. The likely hood of us purchasing again would be based off of how this single shirt transaction goes.

Your system to design my own shirt was quick and easy to use. The only problem I encountered was at checkout, where your system seemed to malfunction when I hit the “Place Order” icon. It seemed the order didn’t go through ( there was no order confirmation in email), so I placed the order again. I only want one shirt… hope I don’t get billed for two
