My order was slightly smaller than my first (a couple months ago) and I paid over $2 (20%) more per shirt!?! I loved the quality of the first set... so I know they'll look good... a little disappointed with such a high % increase.

I did not receive my small shirts on my first order. I also received a shirt that said XL but it was actually a small or medium. If it were not for these errors, I would have given 5 stars across the board.

i HAVE BEEN SEARCHING FOR THIS TANK TOP IN ALL THE SIZES I NEEDED. YOU WERE THE ONLY SITE WITH ALL THE SIZES.

The product looks great in the online designer. However, it promoted the design as $5.58/unit, and even when I calculated the cost of 100,000 units, it never brought the price down past $8. I know it was click bait to get me to your site, but I wish the site would have been straightforward from the start.

The program is not the easiest nor the friendliest to use, save your logo design and or retrieving ones to reuse and edit. I was using email for support help and no one pick up the phone to call me to help even after I put my phone number in as reference. I even stated what I wanted and they just didn't get it right. There was a problem editing and saving designs. Took 3 days and it came down to having just create it again and again from scratch and today I was finally able to save it by what I believe inserting the text first then the business logo and then saving.

More clarity regarding size/color availability would be helpful. My shirt was only available in one color in my size rather than the multiple colors shown.

Didn't notice a minimum buy on hats or a option to design. particularly on the camo hat.

Only negative aspect is that you can't shop by color. You have to go through every item to see if your color is available. Otherwise it was user friendly.

Design tools were great! My designs did not save properly. I had to redo the sizing of my saved design. I am still very pleased with the whole process of a customized hoodie for my friends. Thanks!
