The color of the water drop was completely wrong. The logo was crooked. I called (twice) and sent an email as requested with pictures and the original proof. The logo was not the color of the proof. I have not heard back from Big City. I spent more than $2,000 on the T-shirts, I would have expected a faster response time. I am worried that Big City is not going to respond or correct the issue.

This was a quick and easy way to order multiple shirts in different colors for each of our classes at schoool

The site seemed really slow. I had to create my order 3 times before it finally went through. Otherwise, order process fantastic!

I was told there would be a proof once I put my order in. I am buying $5000 worth of merch and there is NO communication at all about being able to see and approve a proof before this goes to print, which is very very stressful. I proof step should be built in to the order process.

Always easy and makes sure the designs are perfect before processing order. Been buying from Big City for 7 years and always satisfied.

Your website is not user friendly. You cannot see both colors and material makeup at same time when you pick a shirt.

I emailed twice for help after we received our order. The shirt quality was okay, the printing was awful. I got zero response. Yes, I checked my spam folder and no one responded. I've gone to another company to get better shirts. I will not order from here again.
