1. Should I Choose Mens, Womens, Or Unisex Apparel?
Almost all ‘mens’ (and youth boys) apparel is built in a unisex fit that looks and feels great for both men and women to wear. By far most business, clubs, groups, and team designs find their home on a unisex t-shirt, hoodie, or tank-top.
The only reason you’d need a women’s fit, is if you wanted a model that’s mostly exclusive to women. Such as racer-back tank-tops, crop-tops, v-necks, polos, or something ultra-slim fitted.
Therefore, mens or “unisex” apparel is the best go-to 95% of the time for almost all business, group & sports industries needing customized apparel.
You can trust a unisex model will almost certainly be perfect for you!
2. What Material Should I Choose
Rest easy friends, 90% of the market is in only 3 different groups. 100% cotton, 100% polyester, or a mixed blend of the two. The only other factor is if the material had any special treatment, like being ring-spun or airlume combed, which just means it’s a softer cotton feel.
What you should choose depends on what you’re using it for.
Unlike cotton, polyester has unique properties which resist moisture and help wearers stay cool and dry while wearing in ‘active’ work environments. 100% cotton isn’t bad for active work; but 100% polyester offers advantages, which you’ll see at a slightly higher price.
If your goal is to have the team looking great while enjoying a work or leisure day, 100% cotton is perfect. If you’d like the extra moisture wicking advantage, 100% polyester or a mixed “tri” blend is for you!
Also, 100% cotton shrinks while washing; but we don’t sell non-pre-shrunk cotton so you can rule that out.

3. What About My Custom Design And Logo
Great question! This is the last thing to keep in mind while choosing custom apparel to order online. Not all people express their brand the same way.
Some want their design big covering a whole front, while others want something discrete such as a small left-chest print that draws just enough eye service to show professionalism.
Some shirts (and polos), like customizable pocket t-shirts, cannot have designs placed on the full front because of the pocket. To others, that’s perfect because they want their main design on the back, with something small and simple above or on the pocket.
