It was a bit confusing as I placed an order (I thought) yesterday, it didn't go through, and I hope I only get charged for this one order I just placed today.

I have been using this service for my event wear for several years. I find the quality of the t-shirt product as well as the printing to always be exceptional.

I'm just testing before I place a larger order. So far so good

I have been ordering for a few years now from Big City, when I had an issue recently with the card I used they were able to help me immediatley and were already aware of the issue and on top of it by the time I realized it!

Chat experience is not great, slow response...still waiting actually. I also called the 800 number and heard a busy signal. I want to be sure I did the logo upload and position properly. I love the company, but the website is very clunky and resets all the time, making large orders very challenging to make.

It was easy to navigate designing our own shirt.

The website kept freezing during the checkout process...so I had to re-enter my information 5 separate times....

You don't answer your phones, email, or live chat on the website. I had some questions and its 24 hours later and still no response from any of them. The likely hood of us purchasing again would be based off of how this single shirt transaction goes.

Your system to design my own shirt was quick and easy to use. The only problem I encountered was at checkout, where your system seemed to malfunction when I hit the “Place Order” icon. It seemed the order didn’t go through ( there was no order confirmation in email), so I placed the order again. I only want one shirt… hope I don’t get billed for two
